Gentle touch

in my Live Video Series “15 Days of Grounding” ( you can watch the video here on YouTube and nourish yourself with some #gentletouch💜).


For me touch is one of the essentials that reconnect me to my body and that support my #grounding. Through touch we feel ourselves, our bodies. And our body responds directly. We communicate through touch. It stimulates our brain and relaxes our nervous system. We can feel trust and comfort.


If you are touched gently and with care, your body will most likely respond with a deep sigh and breath.

Or you’ll get goosebumps where you felt tension before - a sign that the tension can release and energy starts to flow again.

I know so many people who only receive a gentle and nourishing touch when having a massage or physio session. Or they only receive touch as a foreplay to sex.


Gentle and conscious touch without an agenda, coming from our heart, is so profound. For every cell of our body.

And you don’t need someone else for it (although that is amazing, of course), you can give this #nourishment to the most important person in the world: YOURSELF.

Every day. Every minute. This is self care, nourishment, stress management all in one.
