How to do that?

For example: Instead of checking your phone first, you can start your day with taking the first minutes after waking up to just breathe consciously. Put a hand on your heart or belly, if you like. Feel the breath flowing in and out. Then stretch your body how it wants to.


If your body is flexible, start with laying on the back, tighten your knees and grab your feet with our hands. And breathe. Feel the stretch in the back.


Gently touch every inch of your body that you can reach in your current position and just feel the touch. Say: Hi, body! Good morning!

Feel the cells waking up.

And breathe. 💫


And most important:

Give yourself a hug. 💜
